Roles and Responsibilities

-Leading a team of 3-7 people as per Agile methodologies

-Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback

-Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups

-Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces

-Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components

-Creating original graphic designs (. images, sketches, and tables)

-Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (. responsiveness)

-Collaborating effectively with the product, engineering, and management teams

-Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

-Participate in design and briefing discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings.

-Quickly translate ideas into wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.

Skills Required:

-Web development & UX/UI experience and qualifications.

-Expert working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.

-Front-end web development (HTML/ CSS/ JS / Responsive) skills

-Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.

-Proficient in Adobe Suite.

-Video content, motion graphics, and editing skills are advantageous.

-Good communication skills.
