JOB DESCRIPTION FOR WEB DESIGNER

We are looking for a Web Designer who will be responsible for creating great websites for us.

The ideal candidates should posses a range of skills and qualities.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

Proficiency in HTML, Javascript, JQuery, CSS

Adobe Suite-Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign

Experience in UX & UI

Knowledge in SEO & CMS

Web application

Imagination & Creativity

Attention to detail

Analytical and Problem solving skills

Communication skills

Technical ability

Excellent IT skills

Experience in using programmes such as PhotoShop and InDesign

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conceptualizing creative ideas.

Conducting website testing and improving the design of the website.

Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.

Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.

Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for us.

Working with different content management systems.

Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.

Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.

Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.

Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.

Ensuring website function and stability across devices . desktop, mobile, tablet.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicant those who have Relevant degree with minimum 3 Yrs experience can eligible to apply.
