Description

Profiling clients by conducting an in-depth review of the client's financial requirements, analyzing equity portfolios, and recommending suitable portfolios as per their risk profile.

Communicating with prospective clients for advisory services sales.

Maintaining healthy relationships with all the potential clients.

Achieve business targets in terms of generating revenue, enhancing and upgrading the client relationships.

Creation of revenue and activation of clients through effective advisory (Target Based).

Desired Candidate:

Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Convincing & Selling Skills.

Aggressive and confident individuals with sound knowledge of Equity investing & the stock market.

Fluent English, emailing, calling, chatting, other communication.

Understanding the Stock Market and Equity Research & Analysis.

Monthly incentive and annual performance linked bonus.

Salary: ₹300, - ₹400, per year plus monthly incentive and annual performance linked bonus.

Requirements

Master's/Bachelor's Degree along with 1-2 years of experience in Stock Market. Have an understanding of markets and the operations with focus on client relationship and advisory sales.

Strong Verbal and written communication skills along with Microsoft Office proficiency. An understanding of basic CRM platforms, preferably people who have worked under the same profile in the same industry.

Ability to work independently and manage employee relations. Adapt to changes and work in an agile manner.
