We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Waterproofing Specialist to join our construction team in Lithuania. As a Waterproofing Specialist, your role will be crucial in protecting structures from water damage by applying various waterproofing materials and techniques. Key Responsibilities:

Waterproofing Application: Apply waterproofing membranes, coatings, and sealants to various surfaces, including roofs, walls, and foundations, to prevent water penetration.

Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for waterproofing by cleaning, sanding, and patching as needed to ensure proper adhesion.

Material Selection: Select appropriate waterproofing materials and ensure their proper mixing, application, and curing.

Reading Specifications: Interpret project specifications and blueprints to determine the correct waterproofing methods and materials for each project.

Quality Control: Inspect completed waterproofing work to ensure it meets industry standards and project requirements.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations, protocols, and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment and prevent accidents.

Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain waterproofing tools and equipment, such as sprayers and rollers.

Collaboration: Work closely with other construction professionals, including project managers, architects, and contractors, to coordinate waterproofing efforts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Waterproofing Specialist or similar role in construction projects.

Comprehensive knowledge of waterproofing materials, techniques, and application methods.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Proficiency in using waterproofing tools and equipment.

Strong physical endurance and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
