DESCRIPTION
Warehouse Supervisor

Picking & Packing / Palletizing
Manage inventory through timely and accurate inventory update in warehouse management system on a daily basis
Coordinate with forwarding agents and customers
Achieve timely fulfilment of every order
Perform stock allocation with First in First out principle for outgoing orders
Maintain proper inventory control and accuracy (System & Physical) with proper handling, filing and transaction records
Perform stock take and cycle count with SCM/Logistics Assistants or customers
Conduct investigation on irregularities such as damages or stock discrepancy, report findings to immediate superior
Generate required shipping documents and labels communication packing requirement to warehouse for picking & packing
Support cross dock warehouse operation
Ensure daily housekeeping at the end of the work day
Ability to perform hands-on operational tasks
