Overview

The Warehouse Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Receiving & Storing Goods: Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, ensuring proper labeling and organization.

2. Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time, minimizing errors and discrepancies.

3. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and ensure timely replenishment.

4. Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized, adhering to safety procedures and guidelines.

5. Shipping & Receiving: Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods.

6. Reporting: Provide regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and any operational issues.

Daily Tasks

- Dispatch outgoing orders on time, meeting customer requirements

- Ensure timely refilling of store inventory

- Maintain high accuracy in order fulfillment and dispatch processes

- Track and manage inventory movement during dispatch

- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of outgoing shipments

- Conduct quality checks on incoming returns and RTO shipments

- Support stock audits and other warehouse tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager
