Supervise material handling, material issue and receipt at warehouse

Ensure Inventory Tracker Sheet for Material Receipt of incoming shipments is made by picking agents

Supervise Proper Purchasing in MARG is done to reflect land cost and prices as per the packing in which items is sold

Raise any discrepancy in checking material with suppliers and resolve by issuing proper documents (. Purchase Return or Invoice update)

Supervise Sale Return Requests by monitoring pickup and processing of sale return amount.

Maintain register to track packer, checker details for each order, and add remark in case of customer complaint

Supervise proper entries for goods moved from storage to shelf

Segregate expiry products and assign an area of and ensure all expired products are properly labeled in those areas.

Create Monthly Stock Checking plan to avoid any missing items

Create 3 month & 6-month Near-Expiry Product List every month for Marketing Team

Plan procurement of the stocks

Create re-order plan based on past sales for each supplier

Add New Products in purchase plan based on internal team and customers feedback

Track all purchase across various stages

To ensure all products in the warehouse are properly displayed on app

Create Complete details to make the product live on app

Product image, Product Name, Product Category, Product Prices, Product Description, Stock Level

Monitor Stock Levels in-app vs Marg vs Physically available units and ensure it is always in sync

Undertake all FDA Compliance related activities

Attend Drug Inspectors at the time of audit and resolve his queries
