Warehouse Manager (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

Oversee warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

Ensure smooth inbound/outbound logistics and implement SOPs for workflows.

2. Inventory Control:

Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.

Conduct stock checks and coordinate with procurement and sales teams.

3. Team Leadership:

Supervise, train, and assign tasks to staff.

Foster a positive work environment and ensure safety compliance.

4. Warehouse Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized layout.

Optimize storage and oversee equipment maintenance.

5. Reporting and Compliance:

Generate reports on inventory and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with policies and manage budgets.

6. Health and Safety:

Enforce health and safety standards.

Ensure proper handling and storage of goods.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in logistics or related field (preferred).

Experience in warehouse management, retail industry preferred.

Proficiency in WMS and Microsoft Office.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

Warehouse-based role with occasional travel.

May require extended hours during peak periods.

Physical presence needed for supervision and checks.
