Roles & Responsibilities:

• The General Manager of Warehouse Operations is responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of a warehouse facility.

• This role entails managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics, team leadership, and process optimization.

• Responsibilities may involve developing and implementing warehouse procedures, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, managing a team of warehouse staff, and collaborating with other departments to meet operational goals.

• Additionally, the General Manager will focus on safety compliance, cost control, and continuous improvement to enhance warehouse efficiency and effectiveness.

• Oversee the challenges in warehouse operations, renovations and replacements to be made at the right.

• Adhered to industry best practices for warehousing, material handling and documentation.

• Tracking production and quality control systems to proactively identify deficiencies.

• Managed day to day operations of the warehouse, including freight and parcel shipment returns and transfers.
