Job Description

WAREHOUSE MANAGER

This position shall be responsible for overseeing the operations of a warehouse, maintaining stock, tallying stock, and shall be responsible for the dispatch of goods and warehouse team.

RESPONSIBILITIES of WAREHOUSE MANAGER

MAINTAIN STOCK

1. Understanding the company’s products and creating a warehouse coding system.

2. Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area based on FIFO.

3. Responsible for receiving daily stock of products from the production team

4. Entering stock as received in the ERP system and SALES RETURN.

5. Re-order and replenish stock by collaborating with the Production Head.

DISPATCH

1. To coordination with sales & order processing team to get orders that need to be dispatched or delivered based on FIFO concept

2. Responsible to release products from the warehouse into delivery vans.

3. Maintaining inward & outward of stock in ERP

4. To handle order processing, delivery challan by collaborating with the Sales Coordinator

5. Responsible for receipt of sales return.

REPORTS

1. Always maintain inward & outward of stock in ERP

2. Stock Reports

3. Stock tallying reports

4. Any other reports as required by the management from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATION

1. Any Graduate

2. 3 years plus of experience in a warehouse

3. Hands on in MS Excel & ERP

4. Living near Chembur

5. Good English

COMPENSATION:
