Warehouse Incharge (Full Time)

Role & responsibilities

Ensure the proper upkeep of all material in the warehouse, such that no quality issues arise within the warehouse

Arrange all goods as per grades and products to enable faster dispatch on request

Maintain stock registers and documentation work and update all inward and outward entries

Ensure proper and error free accounting of warehouse activities

Arrange for labour and organize the unloading and loading of goods to and from trucks for receiving inventory or for dispatch to clients.

Arrange for transportation for delivering goods to the clients from the warehouse

Ensure timely delivery of goods to the clients from the warehouse

Responsible to carry out physical stock checking on a quarterly basis

Supervise labeling, storage of stickers and stamps in the Godown

Maintain cartage vouchers for transportation from tempo/truck and labour

Development, negotiation and coordination with vendors

Quality check of material

Requirements -

1. Proven work experience as a Warehouse Incharge

2. Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices

3. Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives

4. Leadership skills and ability manage staff

5. Strong decision making and problem solving skills

6. Excellent communication skills

7. Bike mandatory to travel for office work.
