Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Female Warden at the Inspire Institute of Sport located in Bellary. The Female Warden is responsible for managing and supervising the girl's hostel to ensure a disciplined and secure environment. The Female Warden will train and supervise the staff, maintain discipline among the athletes, and report to the senior management team.

Qualifications

Experience in hostel management or a similar field

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage a team of staff

Experience working in a sports institute or with athletes is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Social Sciences, or a related field

Familiarity with local laws, regulations, and cultural norms

Dedication to creating a disciplined and secure environment while also promoting a positive and inclusive community
