We are seeking a responsible and experienced Warden to oversee the daily operations of our boys' hostel, providing a safe and supportive environment for boys aged 15-19 years. The Warden will be responsible for ensuring the well-being, discipline, and academic progress of the students, as well as managing the hostel's resources and staff.

 Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise and mentor students, promoting their academic, personal, and social development.

 Maintain discipline, order, and safety within the hostel, adhering to established rules and regulations.

 Manage hostel staff, including housekeepers, cooks, and security personnel.

 Oversee meal planning, preparation, and service, ensuring nutritious and balanced diets.

 Coordinate with school authorities, parents, and guardians regarding student progress, concerns, and emergencies.

 Organize recreational activities, events, and programs to promote student engagement and well-being.

 Monitor student health, hygiene, and cleanliness, ensuring prompt medical attention when necessary.

 Manage hostel resources, including budgeting, inventory, and maintenance.

 Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with hostel policies and standards.

 Provide 24/7 availability for emergencies, concerns, or student support.
