Full Job Description

• Complete daily rounds for each patient. (twice in a shift)

• Collect reports of patient investigation.

• Inform consultant regarding reports and patient status.

• Write daily doctor order properly in proper format.

• Filling up new admission history/ examination finding and treatment advise in software on same day.

• Pre-operative checklist and consent for surgery and anesthesia should be checked and completed.

• Preparing patient for discharge.

• Filling discharge summary.

• Explaining & counselling of patient regarding discharge medicines.
