JOB DESCRIPTION - INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS
JOB OVERVIEW
We seek dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our BPO voice process team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls and providing excellent customer service efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers as required.
Develop a thorough understanding of the products/services offered by the company.
Stay updated on product/service features, benefits, and any updates.
Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Comply with company policies and guidelines.
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other team members.
Use clear and concise language to convey information.
Identify and analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure high-quality standards in customer interactions.
Willing to work in rotational shifts for UK & US campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in a customer service or BPO voice process role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Basic computer skills.
