Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with hands-on experience in precision alignment and pump systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mechanical seal installation, dial gauge alignment, and assembly/disassembly of both vertical and horizontal pumps.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform dial gauge alignment on rotating equipment to ensure precision and efficiency

Install and troubleshoot mechanical seals

Assemble and disassemble vertical and horizontal pumps

Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance

Document work performed and report equipment conditions

Follow safety protocols and best practices in all tasks

Requirements:

Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, particularly with pumps and seals

Strong understanding of mechanical alignment techniques

Ability to work with minimal supervision

[Preferred] Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Safety certifications (if required)

Bonus Skills (Optional but appreciated):

Experience in vibration analysis or laser alignment

Familiarity with different types of mechanical seals and pump brands
