We are currently seeking skilled and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. We are looking for individuals who are professional, attentive, and have a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements.

Present menus to customers and provide detailed information on dishes and specials.

Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.

Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation.

Check on guests periodically to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.

Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables.

Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth service.

Adhere to hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role is preferred.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with guests.

Strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and beverage offerings.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail to ensure accurate order taking and delivery.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
