Responsibilities:-
- To provide a responsible, excellent and consistent level of service to your customers,
- Greets guests and provide with the menus informing about special items and charges if any,
- To serve Food & Beverages to guests at the assigned Place of Work,
- Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customersâ?? needs and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service,
- Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or suggested by the supervisor,
- To make accurate records, pre-checks and pick up all orders,
- Serves guestâ??s order promptly and courteously sets tables as needed prior to guest arrival,
- To ensure that the working area and station are stocked with â??mis-en-placeâ?? and kept clean and tidy all the time,
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of food and beveragesâ?? menu
- Actively using up selling techniques to exceed guests expectations and increase revenues,
- Makes clear orders to kitchen production and bar regarding beverages.
- Register orders according to the hotel procedures.
- To confer with the Restaurant Supervisor / Manager concerning set-ups, guest reservations and last minute changes.
- To Ensures the smooth operation of the assigned station at all times and Checks the restaurant reservations list frequently during the will be required to attach the following documents:
1. Updated Resume / CV
2. Copy of Highest Educational Certificate, Diploma & Exp. Certificate
