Position Overview:

We are looking for dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters in Saudi Arabia. As a Waiter, you will be an essential part of our hospitality services, providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your friendly demeanor, efficient service, and attention to detail will create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. Assist patrons in choosing menu items, taking orders accurately, and answering any questions about the menu or restaurant offerings.

Order Management: Relay orders to the kitchen staff promptly and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure special requests and dietary preferences are accommodated.

Table Setting and Clearing: Set up tables with appropriate utensils, napkins, and condiments before guests' arrival. Clear tables efficiently after each course and reset them for the next party.

Upselling and Recommendations: Suggest additional menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the guests' dining experience. Proactively upsell to increase revenue while considering the preferences of individual guests.

Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, floors, and service stations. Maintain proper hygiene standards and adhere to food safety regulations.

Billing and Payment Processing: Present bills to customers, handle payment transactions accurately, and return change if necessary. Resolve any billing discrepancies professionally and courteously.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management to provide seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise during service hours.
