Job Description:

As a Waiter in Oman, you will be an integral part of the hospitality team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a delightful dining experience for patrons. Job Requirements:

Experience:

Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant, cafe, or similar establishment is preferred.

Familiarity with standard dining service procedures and etiquette.

Customer Service Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Ability to anticipate guests' needs and provide prompt assistance.

Communication:

Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages such as Arabic is advantageous.

Clear verbal communication skills to take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.

Teamwork:

Collaborative attitude to work effectively with kitchen staff and fellow waitstaff.

Willingness to support team members during busy periods.

Attention to Detail:

Accuracy in order-taking and ensuring guests' requests are accurately conveyed to the kitchen.

Thoroughness in setting up tables and ensuring they are clean and well-presented.

Menu Knowledge:

Familiarity with the menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods.

Ability to answer guests' questions about menu items.

Efficiency:

Ability to multitask and handle multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining service quality.

Quick problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during service.

Adaptability:

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with varying customer demands.

Adaptation to changes in menu, specials, or service procedures.

Neat and tidy appearance, adhering to the establishment's dress code.
