Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters in Saudi Arabia. The role involves providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and seat guests, take orders, and provide attentive and personalized service throughout their dining experience.
Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials and ingredients, to offer recommendations and answer guest queries.
Order Accuracy: Accurately record and relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure prompt and precise delivery of food and beverages.
Table Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other waitstaff to deliver seamless service.
Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic and basic English to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Adaptability: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks while maintaining a gracious attitude.
