1. Managing a team responsible for complete end to end service for the clients, right from lead sourcing to its closure.
2. Responsible for revenue generation as per timeline and budget set by Management. Preparing sales BWR, sales budget and sales plan for sustenance sales.
Launch pfor new launches as per timeline set by management.
3. Responsible for marketing initiatives and brand enhancement with support fmarketing team.
4. Responsible for market survey and competitor analysis. Preparing survey reports and new market trends and keeping management updated on key development in relevant Market/s.
5. Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and various BI reportssharing with management for better decision making and for new product development.
6. Responsible for sales target settings and effectively follow up with team, helping and motivating team members for the same.
7. Updating and implementation various procedures in back office & Sales to improve quality of service.
8. Retaining and developing existing client relationships that result in new referral sales and maximizing revenue potential.
9. Maintaining MIS Reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and discussion with management about check and control points.
10. Maintaining relationship with Channel Partners & helping them to close the deals.
11. Conducting Various Marketing activities like International Property Exhibitions, Corporate presentations, and E-Marketing with the help of vendors and reference
12. Taking Marketing Initiatives and Preparing Marketing analysis reports and Leads Generation Reports through various media. This helps with cross selling and in new product development.
