We are hiring a dynamic Vice President (VP) of Sales & CRM with expertise in real estate to lead sales efforts across multiple sites. This senior leadership role requires strong team management, strategic planning, and a proven record of revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead a team responsible for end-to-end client services, from lead sourcing to closure.

Revenue Generation: Drive revenue according to timelines and budgets. Prepare sales BWR, budget, and sales plans.

Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams for brand enhancement and market visibility.

Market Research: Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and provide management with insights on trends and developments.

Sales Reports: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and BI reports for management decision-making.

Sales Targets: Set sales targets, monitor progress, and motivate the team to achieve them.

Client Relations: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, generating referral sales and maximizing revenue.

Channel Partner Relations: Manage relationships with channel partners and support deal closures.

Marketing Activities: Lead international property exhibitions, corporate presentations, and e-marketing initiatives.

Lead Generation: Analyze and generate leads through various marketing efforts, aiding cross-selling and product development.

Requirements:

18+ years of experience in real estate, with expertise in managing multiple projects and teams.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Proven ability to manage teams and drive sales and revenue growth.
