Job Description

Ensure Client retention and Client acquisition across all regions.

Manage operations which are 24x7 and you will be available for emergencies outside of normal working hours as well.

Responsible for entire security management, security operations & training for a large number of security personnel delivering security services for Clients across all unit locations.

Develop business development strategies and work closely with the Senior Management to meet company objectives.

Ensure new and lateral business growth.

Ensure adherence of quality policy statement of the company in all site locations.
