Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
Lead employee onboarding and orientation programs, facilitating a smooth transition into the organization.
Develop and administer performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts in a fair and equitable manner.
Design and deliver effective training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and legal requirements, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing HR effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing HR functions.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Proficient in HR software and tools for HR administration
