Key Responsibilities:

1) Handle inbound calls from customers regarding technical issues related to internet services.

2) Diagnose and troubleshoot internet connectivity, router configuration, and related issues.

3) Assist customers with account-related inquiries and billing questions.

4) Provide step-by-step instructions and guidance to customers on problem resolution.

5) Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.

6) Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Required Candidate profile

Customer Service for US Voice Process.

Must have competed 10+2 or If Graduate then minimum of 1 yrs of experience.

*Excellent ENGLISH Communication skills are Mandatory*
