Job Summary:
As a Customer Care Executive , you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information. The role requires proficiency in English, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in the BPO sector is preferred.
Responsibilities:
-Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally.
-Provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs, inquiries, and complaints.
-Accurately log customer interactions and details of inquiries, comments, and complaints into the system.
-Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or team member.
-Research and resolve customer problems, which may involve collaborating with other departments or teams.
-Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any outstanding issues, and provide additional information as needed.
-Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of products, services, and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries.
-Meet or exceed individual and team targets, such as response time, call quality, and customer satisfaction ratings.
-Stay updated on industry trends, customer care best practices, and product/service updates.

-0-2 years of experience in international voice process.
-12th/graduate can apply
-English proficiency is must.
-prior experience in BPO sector.
-Comfortable in Rotational shift.
-Good fluency in English is must.
