Hiring for Voice process.

Requirement:

•HSC/Graduate +6 months of experience for Voice or chat in any international BPO.

• SSC +1 year of experience in international BPO for Voice or Chat.

• Candidates should have basic technical knowledge.

•Excellent Communication Skills

•Should be comfortable with rotational shifts(24*7)

•Age should be between 18 Years to 40 Years

•Looking for immediate joiners

Location: Malad West

Responsibilities: 

· Manage customer queries and customer experience to maximize customer satisfaction and answer product and service questions.

·Create and curate knowledge articles, enabling customers to resolve their issues independently.

·Troubleshoot customer’s issue all the way to resolution, explaining the best possible. solution, while ensuring compliance with the company’s guidelines and policies.

·Collect and analyse customer information.

·Technical writing team to help our customers resolve their issues independently.
