Experience : 0-5 years

Qualification : PUC / Intermediate/ 10+3 (Diploma) / Graduation

Gender : Any

Salary : 19k (Fixed 5K Incentives Monthly)

Shift : Night Shift

Working days : 5 Days (2 Rotational Weekoffs

Age Criteria : 18 years to 30 years

Work location : Uppal(Cab facility in 2ways, distance 23Kms from location)

Roles and Responsibilities -

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way

Multi-tasking abilities & Patience when handling tough cases

Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills

Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred

Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features

Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred

Should be open to work in Night shifts / Rotational Shifts.

Desired Candidate Profile :

o Fluency in written and spoken English.

o Result Oriented, self driven, Analytical, Strong Interpersonal and Good communication skills, team management skills.
