Graduate/MBA/BBA Freshers - Researcher (Voice Process)

Researcher will be primarily responsible for conducting the telephonic Surveys/Interviews thru cold calling and collecting the data, manually and leveraging the automation tools.

The candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Persistence, self-motivation, versatility, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication skills, a sense of humour and an authentic demeanour are assets.

Define the lead qualification rules and refine those based on the client feedback.

Excellent web research acumen and interest.

Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)

PC proficiency + strong skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel) is essential.

Understand and leverage the sources of information.

Understand the tools to research the data and also capture the data.

Own and Drive continuous improvement within the process through Quality initiatives.

Collecting and analysing equity fundamentals data for Global market and taking ownership in data quality controls to ensure consistent and high quality data are manufactured in order to meet product requirements.

Need to work with considerable latitude under the direction of the Ops Head / Ops Manager and in sync with the vision of the company.

Salary

Competitive Salary. Commensurate with experience. This position will be follow the following 1 month training and learning program around Research Methods and Research Model. Following this the candidate will be on Probation period of 6 months and will not be liable for any offer benefits or vacation pay.

CTC Salary Lakhs to Lakhs annually

Shift Timing Candidate must be flexible to work across shifts such as Australian (early morning), European (Afternoon) and American (Evening). Generally the working hours for the above shifts could be -
