We are currently seeking individuals fluent in Kannada to join our voice process team. As a member of the voice process team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance over the phone. This is a customer service role that requires excellent communication skills in both Kannada and English.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information or solutions.
Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed.
Follow company guidelines and protocols when interacting with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and meet performance targets.
Stay updated on product or service information to provide accurate and up-to-date assistance to customers.
