We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an English Voice Process Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with clients from the USA, Canada and Australia, effectively communicating our mechanical engineering design services and driving sales. Responsibilities :

* Engage with clients from the USA, Canada and Australia via phone calls and other communication channels to understand their needs and requirements.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence.

* Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.

* Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively position our services in the market.
