WLS VOICE: PUNE
Tech Mahindra is Hiring Candidates who have international BPO Experience - Voice Process for our US client.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Resolving device issues using troubleshooting techniques and providing clear and concise information.
• Reviewing account information and answering questions about billing or services.
Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 1 year of International voice experience in Customer service (Billing) [ Basic Technical & Sales] candidates are Preferred
• In Billing (Understanding of recurring bills, Billing cycle Changes, Due date, Prorate charges, Auto-Pay & Surcharges, Service charges, and taxes)
• Experience resolving customer issues, billing, and/or handling product Q&A.
• Interest in learning new technologies.
• Experience promoting and/or selling products and services.
• Demonstrated communication skills.
• The clarity in thought process (Able to articulate his/ her thought)
• Ability to handle tough situations with customers.
• Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.
• Willing to work in a 24*7 environment (Rotational shifts/5 Days a week).
• Customer Centric & Logical Thinking & Need to be Enough Spontaneous
• Ensure Timely & Professional Responses to all Queries.
