Job Role:-Identify potentially trainable candidates at the hiring stage and take accountability of delivering 90% throughput in training those potential hires.

Train new hires and existing associates for enhancing communication skills, soft skills, phone netiquettes, customer service. Etc.

Taking sessions and huddles regarding call quality

Skills:-Excellent English language Communication skills

Excellent Facilitation and Presentation skills.

Timing:-9:00 PM-6:30 AM

Experience:-2 Years in an International Call Centre
