Job Description

A. VMC Machine Set Up

Set up vertical machining centers (VMCs) for various machining tasks by installing and adjusting tools, fixtures, and workpieces.

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine setup

B. Tooling & Fixturing

Select, install, and adjust appropriate tooling and fixtures based on job specifications.

Ensure tools are in good condition and calibrated as needed.

C. Machine Operations

Perform routine checks and measurements to ensure parts meet required specifications and tolerances.

Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to correct deviations.
