Key Responsibilities:
1. VMC Programming:
Develop and implement G-code programs for machining operations using CAM software.
Optimize tool paths for efficiency and precision.
2. Tool Selection:
Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and fixtures based on material and machining requirements.
Monitor and manage tool wear and replacements.
3. Precision Measurement:
Perform dimensional and tolerance checks using advanced measuring instruments (., micrometers, calipers, CMM).
Ensure components meet specified quality standards.
4. Blueprint Reading:
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and technical specifications.
Apply blueprint data for accurate machining and production.
5. CAD/CAM Software:
Use Solid Edge CAD for designing components and assemblies.
Program and simulate machining processes in NX CAM Software.
6. Quality Control:
Conduct first-off inspections and collaborate with the quality team to address discrepancies.
Continuously improve machining processes to reduce cycle time and improve output quality.

Qualifications:
Education: Diploma (DE) or Bachelor’s Degree (BE) in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven experience in VMC programming and operation.
Technical Expertise:
