Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage VMC machines to perform drilling, grinding and milling.

• Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.

• Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.

• Regular standard maintenance of the machine.

• Operates Vertical Machining Centre following part specifications.

• Loads and unloads parts, performs quality checks and machine set-up.

• Ensure all standard quality procedures are followed such as machine set-up, operation, inspection, documentation and material handling.

• Maintain 5S in the workplace.

Preference:

• Candidate should be able to read drawing independently.

• Candidate should properly handle Machine Controller.

• Knowledge of VMC machine and its parts functions.

• Knowledge of tools and cutting required.
