VMC Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced professional to operate and maintain VMC machines for producing high-quality precision parts.

Your responsibilities will include: -

*Operate VMC machines to produce components according to blueprints and specifications.

*Machine Setup and Adjustment:

Set up and adjust VMC machines for each job, including the selection and installation of cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces.

*Quality Assurance:

Inspect and measure parts to ensure they meet dimensional and tolerance requirements. Maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.

*Perform routine maintenance tasks on VMC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn components.

Safety and Compliance:

*Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety in the workplace.

Qualifications:

Minimum experience should be 5 Years.

Proven experience as a VMC Operator with programming skills.

Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines in a manufacturing environment.
