Roles and Responsibilities

Great control and command on visual design aesthetics and principles.

Work closely with designers, developers, peers, and users to dive deeply into user journeys to

identify problems, and co-create requirements and design plans.

Create overall concepts for the user experience ensuring all interactions are intuitive and

easy for customers

Proficiency with web standards and accessibility compliance

Utilize your knowledge of responsive design to account for various screen sizes

Develop style guides so that each product design adheres to its own look and feel throughout

the project process

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design

Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills.

Proficient with visual design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces

Experience in creating storyboards and site mapping

Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible

outcome

Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategy and

technology
