Responsibilities and Duties
Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
Coordination with Clients & embassies, Visa Facilitation Services and High commission.
Follow-up for pending documents with clients.
Assisting Students with the completion of visa processing
Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; notifying team leader of needed repairs.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Cases should be timely preceded.
Must select appropriate university and course according to the profile of the student.
Must check each and every document of the student.
Must ensure that experience is relevant to the student's past studies or according to the chosen course.
Before the final step of case applied, must check each and everything correctly.
Manage and update CRM on daily basis.
Apply any new application within 48 hours.
Must have knowledge about each and every university /college admission criteria. (Example: if any university is asking about funds detail then must send fund details at the time of applying the case).
Must ensure that there are less pendency's regarding cases. •
Must have proper coordination with each department and check the format of SOP's according to the university and college.
