Handles Customer Query Related To Visa And Ensure That All The Information Provided By Client Is Accurate And Correct While Preparing And Checking All Documents.

Must Have 1 To 2 Years Work Experience as USA study & Tourist visa filing experience.

Strong Interpersonal, Communication And Organizational Skills.

Excellent Problem-Solving And Customer Service Skills.

Candidate Should Be From Immigration Field.

Immigration Industry Experience

Coordination with Clients & departments within organization

Timely submission of files

Follow-up for pending documents with clients.

Assisting clients with the completion of visa processing

Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
