ROLE OF POSITION-

The post holder will be involved in handling Visa Team and manage all the application of the Candidates coming from different branches and sources . She/he will be responsible for updated knowledge of Visa Immigration rules and regulations of different countries. The ideal candidate must have an interest in working with people and be highly motivated, result‐orientated with keen interest in learning and imparting knowledge.

MAIN DUTIES -

Working closely with Admission and Counselling Team to educate them about changing PR Visa Rules.

Candidate must have knowledge of Visa Counselling for any country and handling of Visa Documentation.

Will be the process owner for assigned Candidate and ensuring that they are serviced and guided well from start to finish of the Visa application process.

Ensuring complete visa application documentation including all the financial & background related papers Helping team to manage the clients and providing advice in preparing the visa files Liaising with the clients to confirm that everything is done before the interview date. Liaising with different embassies as and when required Taking appropriate action/ decisions depending on the situation in order to get more visa approvals. Undertaking the duties as per the requirement of the business. Train Clients for Visa Interview.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Graduation or Post Graduation in any field At least 1 years of experience in handling Visa cases.

SKILLS REQUIRED -

Candidate Must have a knowledge about Canada ,Australia, UK, USA any countries Visa Rules & Regulations. Good understanding of Visa application process, documentation requirements etc. Result‐orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve results. Excellent Communication Skills (oral & written), Well presented & confident, Good Visa skills . An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
