Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Visa Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the visa process for the UK, New Zealand, Canada, and Australia, along with excellent communication skills in English. The role involves assisting students in selecting the most suitable study courses and guiding them through the visa application process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist students in selecting suitable study courses based on their academic background and interests.

· Provide information on visa requirements for the UK, New Zealand, Canada, and Australia.

· Guide students through the visa application process and ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

· Monitor visa processing times and provide regular updates to students.

· Respond promptly to student inquiries via phone, email, or in person.

· Keep up-to-date with changes in visa regulations and procedures.

· Participate in outreach events and other activities to promote the organization's services.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in a related field.

· At least 2 years of experience in visa counseling for UK, New Zealand, Canada, and Australia.

· Strong communication skills in English.

· Knowledge of visa regulations and procedures for the UK, New Zealand, Canada, and Australia.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Good organizational and time management skills.

· Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software
