Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Visa Counsellor to join our team - As a Visa Counsellor, Guide the students and clients about the visa application process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience. Your expertise will help the individuals to achieve their dreams for studying, working, or settling in abroad.

*Key Responsibilities:

1) Client Consultation: Provide expert guidance to students or professionals regarding visa requirements, documentation, and application processes.

2) Application Assistance: Assist the person for filling out visa applications and ensure that all documents should be in the order for submission.

3) Documentation Review: Ensure accuracy and completeness of application forms with all supporting documents.

4) Visa Processing: Monitor the status of applications and keep the person updated throughout the process.

Follow-up & Support: Offer continuous support to clients post-visa submission and assist with any queries or concerns.

5) Stay Updated: Keep yourself updated about the latest visa policies, rules and regulations, and procedures for various countries.

*Requirements:

1) Bachelors degree.

2) Proven experience in visa counseling or immigration services.

3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4) organizational skills.

5) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

6) Knowledge of visa regulations for popular study destinations (., Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Germany and more).
