Job Title: Immigration Counsellor- Female Candidate for Australia Country

Job Summary: As an Immigration Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice and assistance to clients regarding Australian immigration pathways. You will assess client eligibility, prepare visa applications, and offer tailored solutions to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand clients' immigration goals and circumstances.

Assessment: Evaluate client qualifications for various visa options, including skilled migration, family reunion, student visas, and more.

Application Preparation: Prepare and submit visa applications and supporting documents in compliance with Australian immigration laws and regulations.

Regulatory Knowledge: Stay updated on changes to immigration policies, procedures, and legislation.

Case Management: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case progress, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.

Client Support: Provide ongoing support and advice throughout the application process, addressing client queries and concerns promptly.

Workshops and Seminars: Organize and conduct informational workshops for prospective migrants about the immigration process and requirements.

Networking: Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, including government agencies and legal professionals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in law, social sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in immigration consultancy or related roles, with a strong understanding of Australian immigration policies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.

Relevant certifications (., Registered Migration Agent) are highly desirable.
