• Assisting client with visa documentation.

• Preparing of the visa file entries/applications.

• Process, follow ups with the clients, collection of the documents, coordinate with Clients and maintain detailed and accurate records.

• Should be aware of the latest updates regarding visas.

• Quick and reliable customer service to clients.

• Respond to Client queries through calls/chat/e-mails as per the instruction of Senior Manager.

• Preparing forms and data wherever required.

• Responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.
