Our Client is a leading Bank have started a journey to disrupt & revolutionize the personal banking experience; we want to create the country’s best digital-led engagement vertical to service and engage our most premium customers. This engagement vertical will be enabled by many industry-first people & tech capabilities – advanced customer analytics, unified communications suite, access to 3600 product & servicing suite, hyper-personalization and Generative AI. We are looking to hire dynamic, well-rounded personal banking relationship managers for this business vertical.

Responsibilities

e our most affluent customers & drive growth by ensuring excellent engagement & customer service

as the primary point of contact and be responsible for initiating, building & maintaining deep relationships with these customers to address all their banking needs, products and servicing requirements.

y own the book, growth and customer service KPIs for mapped portfolio

aborate with product specialists and subject matter experts to provide tailored solutions that align with customers' specific requirements

with internal teams to drive on-ground innovation and bank's strategic initiatives

6. Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring seamless onboarding onto Mobile/Net Banking platforms, facilitating Bill Pay services, promoting SIP, Insurance, and Investment solutions, as well as facilitating Retail, SME Loans and other pertinent banking programs

rce strict adherence to the bank's policies and regulatory compliance measures

ide assistance during audits, ensuring conformity to internal and external regulations and guidelines

Qualifications

Virtual RMs from peer banks handling HNI and Ultra HNI customers

Branch Banking – RM ( Field )

Customer service executives in global banks based in India handling sales and service

Wealth Management and Insurance

Other sectors – Hospitality, Real estate, Ed Tech etc
