Job Description:
· Sustaining and growing the relationships with restaurants which translate to a growth in revenue for the function
· Maintaining a strong relationship with restaurant owners and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same
· Conduct promotional events & marketing activations, trade promotions and in-app promotions, in conjunction with the internal teams
· Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible and advising management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
· Be a consultant to a partner for their growth and other priorities through utilization of sales and operations data
· Own revenue from partners (commissions & promotions such as discounting & Ads)
· Drive/influence partners operations according to Swiggys priorities
· Possess analytical skills which should help identify gaps in existing processes and present insightful information to over-come challenges. Preparation of daily reports to monitor performance
· People manager who is passionate about building a high-performance team, constantly available for reportees and willing to guide them on day to day business challenges
Desired Candidate:
· Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in team management of Inside Sales/ Tele Sales/ Business Development, Sales/Account Management functions with contact centre experience
· Effective communication skills
· Attitude & Aptitude for Sales
