We are looking to hire a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our Startup. As a lead video editor, you will be responsible for assembling video footage and applying artistic editing techniques and creating finished, broadcast-worthy projects that accurately reflect the vision of the company.

As video has become the best way for communicating a company's message on online platforms, your position will play an important role in our Team

Ultimately, as a Video Editor, you should be able to bring sight and sound together in order to tell a cohesive story

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Edit and create creative motion graphics for video deliverables (Social Media videos).

* Consistent, high-quality video edits for both short and long-form content.

* In-depth understanding of social platforms.

* Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

* Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music, writing voice-overs, adding graphics, special effects

* Follow the company's brand guidelines

* Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy

REQUIREMENTS

* Proven work experience as a Video Editor

* Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)

* Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio

* Ability to work In a Startup environment

* Should be passionate about video editing

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and presentation skill

* Creative mind and storytelling skills

* A high level of self-motivation, commitment and dedication
