Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented VICI Administrator to join our team. The VICI Administrator will be responsible for the management, configuration, and optimization of our VICI Dialer system, ensuring seamless communication operations and exceptional customer service performance. This role will require a deep understanding of VICI Dialer, telephony systems, and technical troubleshooting, as well as a proactive approach to system maintenance and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

o 2+ years of experience administering and managing VICI Dialer or similar dialer systems

o Hands-on experience with telephony systems, VoIP configurations, and call center technologies.

o Experience in managing large-scale dialer campaigns and working in a fast-

o paced call center environment.

Technical Skills:

o Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems, as VICI Dialer typically runs on CentOS or similar distributions.

o Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases (MySQL/MariaDB).

o Experience with dialer configuration, API integrations, and telephony infrastructure.

o Familiarity with PHP, Perl, or other scripting languages for system customization.

o Should have strong knowledge in Networking
